Our Panettone Classico is made with naturally fermented dough, slow-risen for an ultra-soft, airy crumb and rich depth of flavor. Filled with juicy raisins and fragrant candied orange peel, then finished with the traditional cross cut and a buttery crown that melts into the loaf as it bakes.

This naturally leavened panettone is studded with rich dark chocolate and creamy white chocolate chips, then topped with crunchy almonds and a dusting of powdered sugar for a festive finish.

*Pandoro and Panettone are both extremely labor intensive pastries, taking up to 72h from start to finish, with long fermentations, multiple doughs, hand-shaping, and even special cooling techniques. I know they are extravagant, so I’m so grateful for anyone willing to appreciate it’s worth.
